No electric motor leaves the MENZEL manufacturing plant without passing rigorous acceptance tests. Our testing field in Hennigsdorf/Berlin is equipped with advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostic infrastructure to verify performance under real-world operating conditions.

High Voltage Inverters & Frequency Converters: Variable voltage supply up to 6 kV VFD, along with rotating converter sets for 3 kV, 6.6 kV, 10 kV, and 13.8 kV grids.
Dual Heavy-Duty Clamping Fields: Measuring 12 x 5 m and 9 x 3 m with overhead crane capacity of 80 tons (7.5 m hook elevation above testing beds).
Vertical Testing Setup: Angular gearbox systems enabling full vertical axis testing for IM V1, IM V10, and IM 311 motor configurations.
Thermal Climate Chamber: Integrated 4.5 x 3 m thermal tent simulating high ambient temperature conditions for tropical or high-heat plant installations.
