Series MEBGVF 100 to 250 are available in IM B35 (flange/foot) or IM B3 (foot mounting). Series MEBGVF 280 to 315 feature robust cast/welded steel IM B3 designs. Custom flange adapter rings, special shaft dimensions (tapered, cylindrical, double-ended), and non-standard mounting feet configurations are mechanically engineered to match legacy installations without foundation changes.
Standard units feature IP23 open-circuit ventilation with forced-cooling radial blowers (IC 06). For harsh ambient conditions, dust, or aggressive vapors, totally enclosed designs are configured as pipe-ventilated IP44 (IC 37), water-cooled air-to-water heat exchangers (IC 86W), or air-to-air heat exchangers (IC 666) up to protection class IP55.
To prevent thermal overload caused by clogged air filters or high duty cycles, drives are equipped with PTC thermistors in main and commutating pole windings. Optional PT100 temperature sensors, differential pressure switches on fan filter units, and bearing vibration sensors offer complete plant automation integration.
Drives come pre-engineered for standard EURO-flange B10 tacho mounting. We factory-integrate incremental rotary encoders, digital pulse generators, or analog DC tachometers according to your existing plant control system interfaces.
